Pirates Adventure Golf Refund Policy
We are an outdoor Pirate Themed Adventure Golf Course. Both of our courses have special effects using simulated cannon fire, loud noises and small amounts of water at random may be distributed in areas of both courses. We understand that some of our customers have different needs and we are happy to help in any way possible. If you feel that our special effects could possibly affect your time with us please speak to a member of staff before paying to play.
We cannot offer a refund due to inclement weather. Adverse weather is inevitable during the course of the year. Pirates Adventure Golf cannot be held responsible should inclement weather prevail.
If you, the customer, decide to simply change your mind and no longer want to play, Pirates Adventure Golf cannot offer a refund in compliance with company policy.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
